We are honored to welcome guests of our members to the Lakewood Oaks Country Club. Please make advance arrangements for a member’s golf guest with the Pro Shop.

Parking & Check-In

When arriving at Lakewood Oaks, you may choose between 3 lots: upper, middle, lower. The middle lot (northeast side), is the Bag Drop area. Please allow our staff to load your equipment cart before you park. Carts are also allowed to be driven throughout the parking lots if prefered. You may check-in inside the Pro Shop, located on the north-east side.

Food & Beverage

Outside food and beverage is not permitted on site.

St Andrews Pub - Lunch service provided on site in the Pub. To eat during play, you may call ahead at hole 8 or 9 to have lunch available at the turn.

Beverage Carts - Carts are frequently circulating; inquire at the Pro Shop about whether they are in service on the day you are present.

Pro Shop

Club rentals available upon request. Club repair, shoe repair, and other services available upon request. Golf attire and equipment available for purchase.

Payment

The sponsoring member must register his or her golf guest in the Pro Shop. You may opt to have guest fees places on the guest’s credit card, or the sponsoring member’s Club account.

Faculties On Site

Driving Range, Putting Green, Chipping Green. State of the art locker rooms; Lockers can be made available upon request. Showers available after play.

Dress Code

Lakewood Oaks Country Club promotes a casual atmosphere. Appropriate dress is golf attire and or casual business attire in the Argyle and Pub or any special events inside the clubhouse. Men need to wear a collared shirt. No denim. No gym attire. No tank tops or cutoff sleeveless shirts for men. No offensive slogans or pictures on T-shirts.

Pace of Play

Lakewood Oaks Country Club prides itself on maintaining the KCGA recommended 4-hour and 15 minutes pace of play. If your group is more than one hole behind, or if you are playing slower than a 2 hour pace for 9 holes, please allow other groups to play through.

Care For Our Course

Repair all ball marks on the green. The twisting and scraping of shoes on the green is prohibited. Any player damaging a green by means other than normal play shall be responsible for the repair thereof and subject to discipline as established by the Club.

Carefully rake bunkers after use. Place rakes outside the bunker parallel to the fairway.

Follow all cart regulations, as posted on golf carts.

Golf Cart Procedures

Golf carts or walking carts shall not be used on the Club facilities without proper assignment and registration in the Pro Shop.
- A valid driver’s license is required to operate a riding golf cart.
- Golf carts cannot be used off the golf course.
- Only two players are permitted per riding golf cart. All operators of a riding golf cart must obey all golf cart traffic signs.

Always use golf cart paths where provided, especially near tees and greens. Golf carts are required to remain on golf cart paths, without exception, on Par 3 holes.

Never drive a golf cart through a hazard or in non-paved areas out of bounds. Do not drive in homeowner’s yards.
